This policy explains what information Beacon Hill Healthcare (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and how it’s handled.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you submit through our contact form: your name, phone number, and — if you choose to provide them — a preferred callback date and time, and any message you write. We don’t use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts on this site.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry — typically by phone or email — and, if you go ahead, to arrange a care assessment. We don’t use it for marketing you haven’t asked for, and we don’t sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who processes it
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email via Resend, our email delivery provider, and this site is hosted on Vercel’s infrastructure. Both providers may process your data briefly as part of delivering the message or serving the website, under their own data protection obligations.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where a care relationship begins, for as long as required by our record-keeping obligations as a care provider. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time, as described below.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at info@beaconhillhealthcare.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page with a new “last updated” date above.
